Get excited to join our 6-week Gentle Movement Basic Pilates for Beginners, proudly presented in partnership with Shape N Tone Fitness.


Helen Milnes will lead you through an invigorating, low-impact full-body strength workout that enhances flexibility, boosts mobility, and builds core strength. You'll focus on balance and postural alignment while embracing breathing techniques to de-stress and relieve any tension, leaving both mind and body feeling rejuvenated.


This is perfect for anyone seeking low-impact exercise, just beginning their Pilates journey, or eager to try something new and exciting!


Join us every Thursday from January 8th, 2026, to February 12th, 2025, from 1:30 pm to 2:15 pm at The Studio, The Campus, High Green, S35 3HY.


Pay what you can (minimum donation £4.50 per week, payable as a block booking).
