WOW WOW WOW - what a night. This Friday we hosted the very first North Sheffield Community and Volunteer Awards here at The Campus. We have many thank yous and shout outs but first let’s announce the winners …

Young Volunteer of The Year - Adam Roach High Green Development Trust Volunteer of the Year - Tom Hague 105th High Green (Sheffield) Scout Group Hall of Fame - John Housley Make A Difference Award - Angela Woodward Project of the Year - Oughtibridge Community Cafe Oughtibridge Parish Church Special Thank You - Lorraine Hague Steps Community Nursery


Thank you to everyone for coming along and joining us for such a fabulous celebration, it was great to get together and celebrate - we already can’t wait for next year!


And to all this lovely lot for helping us pull it off … Helen Holland for organising and delivering such a wonderful event for the community, The Cafe on the Campus Sarah, Jess and Ang for the delicious food, event prep and the biggest load of washing up we’ve ever seen, our inspiring speakers 105th High Green Scouts, South Yorkshire's Community Foundation and Always An Alternative and the fantastic young people of the High Green Youth Club. Co-op for the lovely winners prizes. Chapelgreen Community Fridge for the centrepiece flowers … Last but not least our CEO Chris Hallam for being our Master of Ceremonies and pulling the whole thing together. Our services team Sarah and Michael for the extra helping hands. Isobel for the last minute flower dash! To everyone who stayed at the end and lent a hand to clear up (that’s community!!)
